There most of the smartphones comes with back covers made up of metal or plastic, but Motorola is the only who launched its flagship Motorola Moto X smartphones with wood finish.
On Friday, Motorola announced that the new Moto X is coming in wood finishes with walnut, teak and ebony variants.
“Featuring natural finishes and distinct grains, these wood backs are undeniably unique and provide a whole new level of sophisticated customization for your smartphone, “Lior Ron, corporate VP of product management at Motorola, said via official blog post on Friday. Adding that “Every wood grain is different, so every phone is too – just like you!”
From today 21 Jan., the new Moto X will be available for just only $25 instead of $100. Recently, Motorola drops the phone price for $399 off-contract and now the special wood finishes available for $75 less.
The Moto X smartphone comes with 4.7-inch display. The device runs full flavored Android 4.4 KitKat. The device is powered by a 1.7GHz Snapdragon S4 Pro processor and features 10-MP rear camera and 2-MP front camera.
