On Tuesday, Google has started rolling out its Google Glass to the explorers and developers, but Google has released some new terms and conditions for its Glass, the company has enforced the lucky users to follow the restrictions, Google has banning them from reselling and lending the eyewears.

Here’s what the company’s terms of sale state:

“You may not resell, loan, transfer or give your Device to any other person. If you resell, loan, transfer or give your device to any other person without Google’s authorization, Google reserves the right to deactivate the Device, and neither you nor the unauthorized person using the Device will be entitled to any refund, product support or product warranty.”

By not allowing its users to commercially resell Glass, however, Google has says that the users can give the device as a gift.

Recently, In February a Google Glass listing has published on eBay online store, with a starting price of $1,500 (the original price for the Glass). The price for the eyewear was shot up to $16,000 before eBay has removed the listing for violating its “Pre Sale Listing Policy”.

According to the terms and conditions, the device owners can cancel their purchase if they don’t want the device in up to 30 days form delivery. Google has said that the returns condition will only work when the Glass will be in its original packaging and with accessories and can remain in a “reasonable” condition.

Google has adds that it will provide “initial support” for the users for their existing orders, returns, defective devices and general technical support.

Google has reported that the Google eyewear comes with an “high resolution display,” which is an ”equivalent of a 25 inch high definition screen from eight feet [2.4 meters] away” and news about the Glass that reveals the exact resolution of the display is 640 x 360. Now comes to sound, Google has integrated the Glass with a bone conduction transducer, by removing the need for earphones it has integrated the audio system in the Glasses and keeping the look much sleek and attractive.
